1. Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Return requests must be initiated by contacting our support team at spiritchemtech94@gmail.com
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

2. Replacement Policy

• If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, you can request a free replacement.
• Replacement requests should be submitted within 3 days of receiving the product, along with photos as proof.
• We’ll deliver the replaced products within next 7 days.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only:
  • If the returned product passes our quality check.
  • In cases where replacement is not possible.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after product inspection.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

4. Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as non-returnable are not eligible for returns/refunds.
